Service Provider says you that they are giving you this much upload and that much Download Bandwidth and u trust them but U r not getting what they Promise you. Using this Meter, Check what u r getting and pay money accordingly. After Installation ,Patch the application Properly without running the Program. Read carefully the word File which I have provided here inside this Post. It goes to Task Bar after Installation and u just Right click it once whenever u feel to see download or upload speed which u r doing in your computer at that moment.
